1. it doesn't have any bluetooth. so u cannot send music files and other files to another phone
2. it is the least priority when getting wifi signal so you need to be nearer to the router if there are other people using laptops and other phones
3. it's built-in speakers isn't that loud
4. if you're using it for gaming, it's battery drains so fast... bout 4 hours

CONS
1. it has a wide screen so you can surf the net clearer than other mobile phones
2. it has 5megapixel camera, the capture is very clear
3. it has a soft touch touch screen, no need for stylus
4. it is thin and slick
5. there are so many free applications from apple for this mobile phone
6. you can talk with friends for free if they are using skype messenger
7. you can chat with friends using yahoo, skype, other messengers
