Bad trip! We stayed at Country Village Hotel Cagayan De Oro City and a towel was lost. We had to pay for something we didn't lose. The shower broke and it was antique, probably 10 years old and we were questioned for misuse. It could be a sabotage. It was already broken when we came and as last touch, we almost had to pay for it too. This is just a warning. Better yet, don't check in there.
The following day, the CVH manager texted my wife saying they had found the missing towel and she said tyvm and there was no mention of apology. My gosh...
Another bad thing about that hotel is, the pool is so dirty. My daughter, 5 years old, came running to me and she said "the pool is soooo dirty, there are floating mucouses and some oily slimy stuff"... No wonder she was swimming at the deeper part of the pool with her guardian. lol
